2. We are not a real estate agent

ListBetter is not a licensed real estate agent or buyer's agent. We do not appraise, list, or sell property. The agency relationship is solely between you and the licensed agent you select through the platform.

Any agency agreement, marketing schedule, fee structure, or sale outcome is determined entirely by you and the agent you choose to work with.

3. Estimates and sale price ranges

Where ListBetter or our partner agents provide an estimated price range, recent sales comparison, or savings calculation, these are indicative only. Actual sale prices depend on market conditions, property condition, marketing strategy, and buyer demand at the time of sale. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

4. Third-party content

Our platform may include content sourced from agents, third-party data providers, or public records. While we make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy, ListBetter does not warrant that third-party content is complete, current, or free from error. You rely on it at your own risk.

5. Referral arrangement

ListBetter is paid a referral fee by the successful agent on settlement, at no cost to the seller. Agents pay the same standard rate, so our recommendations are based on suitability and performance — not who pays the most. We disclose this arrangement clearly here, in our Terms, and in the agent's agency agreement.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability is limited by law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
